Drillin' it & Killin' it! - "Crazy 88's"!
The second drilling class for the 2009 - Lava will teach the "Crazy 88's" - figure 8 madness!!
After working your abs in the previous drill class, you are now ready to tackle the figure 8 madness of this class! Again, this class will include focused drills and everything in fig.8's!! Some of Lava's favorite fig.8 movements and sequences! we will get smooth and creamy, and a little bit "Crazy"!
This class also promises to sweat and 'work it', as much as we possible can in the span of 1 1/2 hrs! Let's start the year off right and get our bodies and brains Kickin'!
