Drillin' it & Killin' it! - "Ab-Fab"!
To help get back into the swing of classes, Lava is holding 2 drilling classes during the winter break - to sweat out some the food and alcohol, you might have had over the Holiday season, and as an opportunity to try out Lava's classes before the winter session starts.
These classes will include focused technique and clarity, on bellydance movement for everyone, of any style.

An all abs drilling session!! What better way to kick off the new year! We'll be doing everything ab-possible (focused and layered), and that I can fit into a 1 1/2 hour class!
