Summer Technique Classes! - 4 weeks!
Lava will be teaching bellydance technique throughout the summer with some tribal fusion combos for practice/performance. Students get a sample of various dance styles fused with bellydance, for ultimate fusion fun!

Skill level - must have appropriate ATS skills for the demands of this group among other dance skills necessary. Admittance with instructor approval only. - Email Lava for more details. E-mail Lava
The level 3 classes will work further with the ATS format (American Tribal Style created by Carolena Nericcio of Fat Chance Belly Dance) and beyond, with more complicated movements, sequences and transitions for the lead and follow format, plus Lava's formation changes and some moves and sequences styled by Lava - signature moves for Sisters of Alchemy.
* We use finger cymbals with all our ATS fast moves!
This is a training class for Sisters of Alchemy - learning Lava's Sideshow Improv and her Sisters of Alchemy choreographies. We work towards performances, so there are no drop ins available on a regular basis - drop ins are only by instructor approval - E-mail Lava
*Some warm ups include yoga postures on the knees (occassionaly), so bring a yoga mat or towel if you need it.
